Hi, I went to a nutritionist with a Ph.D. She has me taking 1000mcg of chromium. I asked her if I needed manganese too since the one helps the other be absorbed. No. I noticed at taking 200mcg that sugar cravings
subsided. I really need to rest my adrenals so have to be absolutely off of sugar. I mean I can look at cake, pie, and honey and not jump for it. So I am suggesting that if you feel the need for sugar that trying chromium will help.  Swan
