Some people have reported that vegetable juice, including
carrot juice, helps hyperthyroidism.
The following post from Fae reports her success using vegetable juice for

hi, michelle
you might want to try vegetable-blended juice like i do.
*two glasses of vegetable juice daily: carrot, cucumber, potato, and spinachmade with a blender (so you are not drinking just the juice part.)
*i also add soy milk only b/c the homeopathic dr. suggested for myself. you can use fresh fruit juice instead.
*fruit can also be added to make it taste better. it seems banana helps to
calm my heartbeats.
i have had hyperthyroid for 10 years. it always went up and down, and i was on and off tapazale accordingly but could never be completely off for over
2 months. over a year ago, i started taking vitamins as what this hyperthyroid egroup suggested. i did feel much better, but i could still be back on
low-dosage of tapazale at times depending on workload. last october my mom found out she had cancer. someone suggested to give her vegetable juice. i
made it and took it myself (since my mom hated the taste... ; ) and i can say now this helps and provides me with the most obviously healthy result
(while still taking some vitemins). i have been off tap since last december. and the highest test level i ever have since then was T4/10.4 TSH/1.42
i am still monitoring my body reaction. and since i am not back working
full-time yet, i am reserved on saying how well i will be with work stress
later on. but your test level does strike me as way too high. i believe
taking veg-blended juice will help you feel better, if not cure you yet.
best, fae : )
