Hello Bev! Copper didn't work well with my system for some reason. I woke up one day only after taking perhaps 2 or 3 little pills and couldn't bend one of my knees very well all day long. So I waited a few days before taking any more, and after that first day, I had no more knee pain. When I tried the copper again, say maybe 5 days later, I got the same pain only in a hip! I decided I wasn't going to take any more copper because I didn't want it going to my heart! After a day with a hip out of kilter, it was back to normal the next day not taking any copper.
