I've had gall stones and your symtoms don't sound anything like gall bladder. Usually a gall bladder attach starts suddenly in the upper stomach, lower chest area and radiates all the way around to your back. These are usually so painful you drop to your knees. Mercifully mine never lasted more than 5-10 minutes. Sounds like from the bleeding, and pain that you are severely constipated, which can be very uncomfortable and make you miserable. I'd ask a Doctor to recommend something.
