John,

Thank you for your wonderful help. I have been diagnosed as hyper four weeks ago. Weeks before I went to the doc. I was feeling just a wreck. I was drained of all my energy, not one oz was left. Stiff, painful muscles in the thighs, upper arms and neck. I am on tapazole 15 mg daily). The 1st week of tapazole was hard - nauseas, weakness, unable to eator do anything. Brushing my teeth was a chore. The 2nd week, I started to feel better and this is continuing. I had hand tremors but they have almost disappeared. I saw my doc yesterday and he says that my blood sugar is above level. John, I would like to know whether I shoud go on copper or potassium. Funny enough, my body compulses me to eat bananas, oranges.I never ate a lot of these before. I ate a lot of papayas, mangoes - much exotic fruits. Although I am feeling better, I would appreciate some advice as whether to take supplements and which ones would you advise according to your experiences. I am seeing an endo on 1st June and would like my tests to be fine. Please, some advice. Thanks a lot in anticipation. P.S. Funny enough my cholesterol level is back to normal. I used to have high cholesterol levels.

Thanks for reading.

Lise
